Cancellation policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 
Requests for order cancellation must include the order number and be received by written email prior to shipment.(info@Swaniceshavers.com)  Order cancellations are NOT available once the order has shipped.  BE AWARE: Credit card fees are incurred at the time you place your order.  Unfortunately, credit card companies do not refund these incurred fees if the order is canceled.  We will notify you once we’ve received your request to cancel and confirm your order cancellation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the order amount less the credit card fees on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
